Why didn’t I receive the email to E-Sign a document from Gnymble?
Generally speaking, when emails are sending from one party but not arriving at the other, the receiving email is the culprit.
Solution
Add Hellosign to your Email Contacts.
All requests for signatures will come from [email protected] . It’s possible your e-mail is bouncing e-mails from this address or sending them to spam.
- First try searching your inbox for any emails from “[email protected].”
- Next, check your SPAM folder.
- Finally, try adding [email protected] to your e-mail contacts so HelloSign e-mails won’t be directed to spam or bounced out.
