Best Practices: Get your pictures delivered

A lot of factors determine whether or not your important MMS message (images, PDFs, vCards, etc) get delivered to your contacts.  One of largest causes of failed image deliverability is file size. Each cell phone carrier limits the size it will deliver to a handset and the limits vary by type of number.  See the graphic below for more information.

We recommend you send attachments no larger than 500KB to ensure the best chance of delivery.
