Set Office Hours
Office hours control which auto-response (work-hours versus after-hours) will be sent for each new incoming message. Recipients will only receive an auto-response once per day.
- Access settings by clicking the gear icon in the bottom left corner.
- Click “Inbox” in the top navigation.
- Click “Auto-responses”
- Use the drop-down menu next to “Selected Inbox” to choose the phone number you want to configure.
- For each day of the week that your business is open, check the box. Any day that is unchecked will be treated as closed, regardless of the times configured.
- Set the open and close times for each day.
