Set Office Hours

Office hours control which auto-response (work-hours versus after-hours) will be sent for each new incoming message. Recipients will only receive an auto-response once per day.

  1. Access settings by clicking the gear icon in the bottom left corner.
  2. Click “Inbox” in the top navigation.
  3. Click “Auto-responses”
  4. Use the drop-down menu next to “Selected Inbox” to choose the phone number you want to configure.
  5. For each day of the week that your business is open, check the box. Any day that is unchecked will be treated as closed, regardless of the times configured.
  6. Set the open and close times for each day.
